SAMSTEMMENDE UDTALELSE Nr. 40/81 afgivet af Rådet i medfør af EKSF-traktatens artikel 56, stk. 2, litra a), med henblik på bemyndigelse af Kommissionens til at yde nedenstående omstillingslån, hvormed der skal sikres produktiv genbeskæftigelse af tidligere EKSF- arbejdstagere: 11 millioner DM (ca. 4,31 mio ECU) til Krupp Stahl AG, Tyskland, til et projekt i Rheinland- Pfalz

Avis conforme n 40/81 donné par le Conseil au titre de l' article 56 paragraphe 2 sous a) du Traité instituant la Communaute Europeenne du Charbon et de l' Acier, pour permettre à la Commission d' octroyer le prêt de reconversion suivant qui est destiné à assurer le reemploi productif d' anciens travailleurs de la communaute europeenne du Charbon et de l' Acier 11 millions de marks allemands (environ 4,731 millions d' ecus) à la societe krupp stahl ag, Republique Federale d' Allemagne, pour un projet à realiser en Rhenanie- Palatinat
Σύμφωνη γνώμη αριθ. 1/82 του Συμβουλίου, βάσει του άρθρου 56 παράγραφος 2 στοιχείο α) της συνθήκης για την ίδρυση της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα, για να δοθεί η δυνατότητα στην Επιτροπή να χορηγήσει το ακόλουθο δάνειο μετατροπής, προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί η εκ νέου παραγωγική απασχόληση πρώην εργαζομένων της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα: 25 εκατομμύρια γερμανικά μάρκα (9,96 εκατομμύρια ECU) στην Bayerische Hypotheken und Wechselbank, AG, Γερμανία, για σχέδιο που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Άνω Παλατινάτο, στις ζώνες Amberg-Sulzbach και Schwandorf (Βαυαρία)
