Šī informācija ir paredzēta turpmāk minēto ievērībai PALESTĪNIEŠU ISLĀMA DŽIHĀDS (PIJ) – grupa, kas iekļauta to personu, grupu un vienību sarakstā, uz ko attiecas 2., 3. un 4. pants Padomes Kopējā nostājā 2001/931/KĀDP par konkrētu pasākumu īstenošanu cīņā pret terorismu un Padomes Regula (EK) Nr. 2580/2001 par īpašiem ierobežojošiem pasākumiem, kas terorisma apkarošanas nolūkā vērsti pret konkrētām personām un organizācijām (sk. Le seguenti informazioni sono portate all’attenzione di JIHAD ISLAMICA PALESTINESE (PIJ) gruppo che figura nell’elenco delle persone, dei gruppi e delle entità a cui si applicano gli articoli 2, 3 e 4 della posizione comune 2001/931/PESC del Consiglio, relativa all’applicazione di misure specifiche per la lotta al terrorismo e il regolamento (CE) n. 2580/2001 del Consiglio relativo a misure restrittive specifiche, contro determinate persone e entità, destinate a combattere il terrorismo (cfr. gli allegati della decisione (PESC) 2021/1192 del Consiglio e del regolamento di esecuzione (UE) 2021/1188 del Consiglio) 2021/C 520/02
