<b>Bezug:</b> Gesetzentwurf gleicher Materie wurde bereits in der 9.WP eingebracht (BR Drs. 135/82, s.a.GESTA/9.WP/S.447) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung des § 303 Abs. 3 StGB zur Ermöglichung einer Strafverfolgung ohne Antrag, wenn die Strafverfolgungsbehörde wegen besonderen öffentlichen Interesses ein Einschreiten von Amts wegen für geboten hält.
