Weiterentwicklung der Gebührenstruktur durch weitgehende Übernahme des im Rahmen der Selbstverwaltung von Kassenärzten und Krankenkassen vereinbarten einheitlichen Bewertungsmaßstabs für die ärztlichen Leistungen. Erhöhung der einfachen Gebührensätze auf das Vergütungsniveau der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen. Neufestsetzung des Gebührenrahmens für persönliche und medizinisch-technische Leistungen. Verbesserung der Transparenz der Rechnungen zum Schutz des Zahlungspflichtigen.
